KAZEN is a professional skincare brand. The website kazen.co.in and the KAZEN brand are operated by Dermiq Care Inc., Plot No. 139A, Khasra No. 1356, Panch Kula-III, Chhapraula, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201009, India ("KAZEN", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and call-back forms: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city, and the product or kit you asked about.
- Distributor and salon applications: name, business name, phone, email, city, state, business type, ranges of interest, expected purchase volume and any notes you add.
- Contact form, email and WhatsApp: your details and the content of your message.
- Orders (when online ordering is open): billing and delivery address, phone, email and order details. Card, UPI and net-banking payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
- Reviews: your name, rating, review text and any photos you choose to upload.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, used to keep the site working and understand what visitors find useful.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health records, biometric data or bank account passwords through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To call or message you back about a product, kit, salon pricing or distributorship, as you asked.
- To process, deliver and support orders, including returns and refunds.
- To send a confirmation of your enquiry or order.
- To send product news or offers, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We process your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you tick "I agree to be contacted") and, where the law allows, for legitimate uses such as completing an order you placed or complying with the law.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run KAZEN, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting and email delivery providers
- Google Workspace (email and Google Sheets, where enquiry records are kept)
- Payment gateways and courier partners, for orders
- Our authorised distributors, if you ask to buy from a distributor in your area
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiry, call-back and distributor records: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or partner.
- Order and invoice records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- stop using it for marketing, or withdraw any consent you gave;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

7. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to enquiry and order records is limited to the people who need it. No online system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your information has been misused.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
