Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India.
Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pin codes).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Standard Delivery: Free on orders above ₹799. ₹60 flat fee for orders below ₹799.
Express Delivery: ₹99 flat fee regardless of order value.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your pin code at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at kazennatural@gmail.com. For lost packages, please allow 10 business days before reporting — delays can occasionally occur with courier partners.
