Our Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect product received
- Tampered packaging or seal broken before delivery
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect skin type selection, or used products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at kazennatural@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return label if eligible.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to our courier partner.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
